OSHA Compliance

The DataPipe OSHA compliance suite is designed to monitor, record and report on all occupational health and safety standards. Through the DataPipe software you will be able to maintain compliance and avoid costly fines.

Detailed Overview:  OSHA, the Occupational Safety and Health Act was created in 1970. Its goal was to assure safe and healthful working conditions for all working Americans. The OSHA compliance requirements produced from this act have resulted in occupational health and safety standards that apply to private sector employers. Employers Covered by OSHA Compliance OSHA regs cover all private-sector employers with one or more workers in all states and U.S. territories. The term “private sector employer” applies to any business with one or more employees engaged in a commercial or noncommercial activity that affects commerce. This definition includes not-for-profit organizations.

DataPipe has a suite of modules dedicated to achieving OSHA compliance within your organization.  Our injury and illness module, questionnaires (for audits and surveys), our corrective actions (recommendations) module and our general incidents module combined make up a thorough OSHA compliance suite.  Please contact us so that we can walk you through a demo to show you how your DataPipe can help your organization to save money by staying complaint.
