Can the system be set up to do automatic email notification based on conditions and dates set by us? Can reminders and data review indicators be used? Does the system allow for custom workflow processes to be run so that our internal business rules can be met?

Anywhere possible, we encourage you to set up conditions based triggers; when a condition is met, it automatically sends an email notification to a recipient list, or runs a report, creates a PDF or even provides a warning message. Anyway you choose to do it, condition based triggers will improve your efficiency. Taking this one step further, you can define work flow processes in DataPipe (a step-by-step process of who does what and when). When turned on, the workflow process controls the progress of the record through each step. So as an example, DataPipe would require a supervisor to sign off on the record before it moves to its next step in the process.
